Methodology

At CASCO USA, we see compressed air as a “fourth utility”, along with electric, gas, and water. Without it, your plant cannot function. Unlike those other utilities, however, you are responsible for generating this utility in an efficient and reliable manner.

We believe that 80% or more of any problems you may encounter in an air system are solved before ever pushing the “start” button for the first time. Proper analysis of needs, correction of root causes of problems and inefficiencies, proper equipment selection, and proper installation of the equipment yield the most reliable and efficient industrial systems.

The Right Solution

We look at your compressed air system as exactly that, a system. It is not just a collection of compressors, treatment equipment, piping, and compressed air users, but the entire collection of these, that dynamically react to one another. This “systems approach” to compressed air systems yields our customers to the compressed air systems with the overall lowest life cycle costs.

We are Educators

We strive to bring our customers an understanding of the compressed air system. The majority of the time, no one chooses the wrong solution when they know they are choosing the wrong solution. In addition to sharing the expertise of our engineers and sales staff, we offer several other education avenues:
