Industrial Refrigeration Technician
Openings in: Twinsburg, OH & Washington, PA
CASCO USA, a leading distributor of industrial chillers and refrigerated air dryers, is looking for an INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN with proven history in service and support of industrial refrigeration systems and process cooling equipment to join our Twinsburg, OH area office.
Candidates looking for an intellectually stimulating position where they can put into practice their refrigeration knowledge and expertise should apply. Candidates will work primarily with refrigeration systems in a variety of industrial settings. A thorough background & understanding in refrigeration equipment and excellent customer service skills are key to success in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial refrigeration systems such as process chillers & refrigerated dryers to ensure optimal performance
- Perform mechanical & electrical tests to enable good working order prior to sending equipment to customers
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components of refrigeration equipment
- Respond to service calls and perform field service repairs as needed
- Support customers and other technicians via telephone or with on-site services
- Drive company van to various job sites for service calls
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in refrigeration systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA 608 Certification (Universal) or ability to obtain within ninety (90) days
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiencies in the following areas are a plus:
- Leak detection
- Refrigerant recovery
- Brazing
- Refrigeration controls
- Root cause analysis

Industrial Sales Representative
Openings in: Erie, PA & Northwestern PA & Akron, OH
CASCO USA, a leading distributor of air compressors, water chillers, blowers, and pumps, is looking for an INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE with proven past success in selling industrial equipment. This position will oversee our Northwestern PA territory & Akron OH territory.
In this position, you will oversee an existing line of accounts as well as establish new business relationships. Applicants are expected to manage and to grow sales in their assigned territory with persistence. Industry & product specific training will be provided; however, a general background in industrial sales cycle is recommended. With a wide variety of product offerings and unique industrial settings, this experience will be great for candidates who love to learn and apply their strategic selling skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sell air compressors, chillers, vacuums and blowers as well as services to potential and current customers in defined sales territory.
- Develop and maintain successful customer relationships (new & existing)
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Provide strategic recommendations, pricing, and solutions to meet customer needs
- Regularly schedule & participate in sales calls and presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of our products’ value propositions
- Work closely with engineering & technical staff to design specific solutions to meet customer system requirements; prior technical experience is useful.
- Prepare orderly reports of business transactions
- Establish and maintain superior level of customer satisfaction
Ideal Qualifications:
- Ability to manage entire territory with multiple accounts
- Strong drive to succeed and bring solutions to customers
- Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work with an established, web-based CRM program
- Engineering or technical background is a plus
